Stella Martínez has more than 15 years of professional and technical experience in financial management, auditing, accounting and consulting.
She has excellent skills to implement and improve the processes of international companies located in the United States, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Panama and Brazil.
She is a financial-accounting consultant focused on Solar Energy companies, with excellent experience in processes and finances, applying them to Renewable Energy Projects with notable results. She works cooperatively with members of the finance team to optimize cash flow and reduce supplier costs. She is a significant contributor to monthly and quarterly financial reports to executive management.
Real estate and Compliance consultant with more than 20 years of experience, focused on contributing to the development of solar energy companies, and new investment projects in renewable energy.
He got his Law bachelor degree in Buenos Aires University. He developed multiples business model analyzing national and statal regulations in Brazil, Argentina and United States, advancing the best practices to make sure a business or organization follows government regulations or standards specifically in Insurance and banks industry.
He turned his career to focus on Renewable energy providing solutions in this new environment. As a consultant he will provide responsibilities can include identifying compliance issues, developing methods to reduce risk, training employees, and completing paperwork or reports for a regulatory agency.
